An independent review of a project, process or service is inexpensive and in a very short space of time can identify areas for significant improvement.  Improvement might mean reducing risks, doing more with less, enhancing controls or getting buy-in from key stakeholders.

We carry out Office of Government Commerce (OGC) Gateway Reviews on High Risk and Medium Risk central Government projects and business change programmes.  Projects reviewed have included Olympic Park, the national Search and Rescue Service, national IT systems and national sports stadia.

We also carry out Gateway Reviews on behalf of Local Partnerships on local authority Transport, Waste and Housing projects.
